CANCELLATION

• During high-season (1st October – 30 April):
  • 0-21 days: 0% reimbursement
  • 21-28 days: 50% reimbursement (except bank transfer fees)
  • 28 days and more: 100% reimbursement (except bank transfer fees)
• During green-season (1st May – 30 September):
  • 0-7 days: 0% reimbursement
  • 7-14 days: 50% reimbursement (except bank transfer fees)
  • 14 days and more: 100% reimbursement (except bank transfer fees)

GOOD TO KNOW ABOUT TIMING

All guests will be accompanied by a tour guide, from pick up to drop off, on all excursions on the tour, and driver wherever applicable.
Timings are flexible and can be modified as per request.

TO ENTER LAOS

• Passport, with a minimum of 6-month validity when enter Lao country
• 2 recent passport photos, colour or B&W, size 3x4cm
• 30 USD to 40 USD for visa fee (amount depending on the nationality)

TO MAKE A RESERVATION

• Copy of the passport of all travellers
• Name and phone number of your hotel
• Deposit of 30% by bank transfer

Lao bank system is SWIFT based, so transfers might be costless to process (especially in for IBAN accounts). We recommend the use of new applications as REVOLUT, or WISE, to make easy, fast, and affordable transfers between different currencies and different banking systems.
Transfers take 3-5 days for treatment.
